Exchange Policy

At TolMol Deals, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before requesting an exchange.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with tags and accessories wherever applicable.
Customers must provide their order number and the reason for requesting an exchange.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and verification by our support team.

2. ₹99 Exchange Fee

A ₹99 exchange handling and pickup fee may apply to eligible customer-initiated exchanges due to a change of mind, size preference, or personal preference, provided the fee is disclosed before purchase.

No ₹99 exchange fee will be charged for eligible exchanges involving products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from their description.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos.

Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

4. Exchange Process

Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement will be arranged, subject to availability.

5. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

Products that have been used, damaged due to customer handling, or returned without required packaging or accessories may not qualify for an exchange, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Certain hygiene-sensitive, personalized, or other restricted products may be excluded where legally permitted. These restrictions do not apply to eligible claims involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.
