At TolMol Deals, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to product eligibility and the conditions mentioned in this policy.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice should be included wherever applicable.
Proof of purchase and the reason for the return must be provided.

2. ₹99 Return Fee

For eligible customer-initiated returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, a ₹99 return handling and pickup fee may be deducted from the refund amount, provided the fee was clearly disclosed before purchase.

No ₹99 fee will be charged for eligible returns involving products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from their description.

3. Refund Process

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, if approved.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may be excluded from returns for hygiene, safety, personalization, or other legitimate reasons, where permitted by law. Any such restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product page.

These exclusions do not remove customers' rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products under applicable law.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the order status. If an order has already been dispatched, our return and refund process will apply.
